CoVolt Power is seeking an Operations Project Coordinator for a 100% project site-based role in Illinois. You will assist the Project Manager from notice to proceed through final acceptance, coordinating with construction managers, superintendents, owners, estimators, and engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/EE and OSHA 10 Hour (SWPPP training is a plus). Strong mathematical, IFC reading, and communication skills are essential to drive on-site execution safely and on

Responsabilidades

• Assist Project Manager from notice to proceed through final client acceptance.
• Coordinate with Estimating during pre-bid and buyout to support field needs.
• Resolve issues through effective face-to-face communication.
• Plan and coordinate activities for successful project execution.
• Support conceptual development, scheduling, and implementation of projects.
• Assist administration to ensure design, budget, and schedule alignment.
• Handle contract administration, scheduling, cost reporting, risk and safety management, and quality control.
