Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks a Project/Construction Manager for a 100% site-based role in Illinois to support solar energy projects from pre-bid to client acceptance. You will coordinate with Estimating, Superintendents, and Engineers to ensure field needs are met and work adheres to safety, budget, and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and OSHA 10 Hour Minimum with SWPPP training; proficiency in Viewpoint, MS Project, and MS Office is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• OSHA 10 Hour Minimum and SWPPP Training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on solar energy projects from notice to proceed through client acceptance.
• Coordinate pre-bid and buyout with Estimating to address field needs.
• Plan, lead, and coordinate all activities for project execution.
• Aid in conceptual development/estimating and in scheduling/implementation.
• Handle contract administration, schedule management, budgeting, reports, and risk control.
