• Experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry is required.
• In-house or agency recruitment experience is acceptable.

• Create and manage vacancies in the ATS, ensuring job descriptions are accurate.
• Advertise roles via careers page, boards and social media.
• Pre-register, screen and shortlist applicants; conduct telephone screenings.
