Career Opportunity: Site-Based Maintenance Technician in Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for a full-time Site-Based Maintenance Technician for a client location in Mason, OH. This role requires experience in general commercial maintenance, including light plumbing, basic HVAC (filters/PMs), electrical, carpentry, and other basic repairs. The position is scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness
• Be self-motivated and results-oriented
• Lead a team and work independently as needed
• Perform various repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose and repair commercial appliances
• Repair and replace basic building components
• Perform small patching and painting projects, including drywall repair
• Use and maintain equipment and tools safely and properly
• Participate in on-call rotational team duties
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and testing activities
• Manage material stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including participation in meetings
• Utilize basic computing skills to monitor work order systems
• Develop estimates and bids for projects, including time, manpower, and materials
• Perform other assigned tasks

• Experience in commercial repairs and maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance support
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and highly organized
