TDG Facilities LLC is seeking a full-time Site-Based Maintenance Technician in the NORTHERN KENTUCKY / HIGHLAND HEIGHTS / WILDER KENTUCKY area to serve a large education facility client within the Northern Kentucky Region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Experience with building pumps, water softeners, and mechanical assets is a plus. Skills in commercial carpentry, garage door repair, drywall, and construction are also valued. The position includes access to a company vehicle while on site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform general building maintenance, including repairs, scheduled maintenance, fire system tests, inspections, light carpentry, plumbing, floor care, and emergency clean-ups.
2. Diagnose maintenance issues efficiently and accurately.
3. Handle minor HVAC repairs.
4. Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
5. Work independently and as part of a team.
6. Be available during nights and weekends for emergencies.
7. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
8. Manage truck stock and inventory following company guidelines.
9. Develop and maintain client relationships, including participating in meetings.
10. Utilize computer/tablet/mobile devices to manage work orders.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
