Job Description

TDG Facilities LLC is looking for a full-time Site-Based Maintenance Technician in the NORTHERN KENTUCKY / HIGHLAND HEIGHTS / WILDER KENTUCKY area to serve a large education facility client within the Northern Kentucky Region. This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Experience with building pumps, water softeners, and other mechanical assets is a plus. Skills in commercial carpentry, garage door repair, drywall, and construction are also valued. The position includes access to a company vehicle while on site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work courteously with customers and support on-demand maintenance needs.
2. Maintain and operate equipment safely and properly.
3. Perform general building maintenance, including repairs, scheduled maintenance, fire system tests, inspections, light carpentry, plumbing, floor care, and emergency clean-ups.
4. Be available nights and weekends for emergencies.
5. Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and testing activities.
6. Manage truck stock and inventory within company guidelines.
7. Develop and maintain client relationships, including participation in meetings.
8. Use computer, tablet, or mobile devices to manage work orders.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to self-manage and exceed expectations in each duty.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
