The Hoffman Family of Companies is seeking a Site Engineer in Spartanburg, SC to ensure functional BAS and PLC control system performance, maintain documentation, and coordinate on-site project teams.

You will manage schedules, mitigate risks, support on-site programming, field integration, and close out projects, with up to 75-100% travel and non-remote duties unless management determines otherwise.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience managing construction or building automation/controls projects with scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar PM platforms for dashboards, workflows and reports.

Mansioni

• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate on-site verification, field integration, and commissioning documentation.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track milestones, risks, and performance.
