Job summary
Danone North America, LLC seeks an Automation & Operations Technology Engineer to own OT cybersecurity strategy, mitigate threats, and coordinate between plant operations and regional/global IT teams.
You will manage industrial networks, perform system hardening, support patching campaigns, and participate in audits across Jacksonville, FL and Minster, OH in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years automation/OT experience required.
- Experience in OT cybersecurity program management and governance.
- Familiarity with Purdue model IT/OT network segregation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Enforce Danone OT cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Daily health checks on OT systems and KPI monitoring.
- Lead vulnerability management and incident reporting.
- Coordinate industrial network migration and asset management.
- Manage vendor remote and onsite access to OT systems.
- Support patching campaigns during planned shutdowns.
