Job summary

GreenLight Fund Nashville is seeking a Site Associate to support research, selection, portfolio management, and community engagement efforts. You will conduct analysis, support due diligence, and help track portfolio performance and reporting under the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Nashville.

You will collaborate across the GreenLight network, manage data and reporting, and coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure alignment with the site's priorities and community context.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrable engagement in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Research local social issues and priorities affecting underserved families.
• Conduct landscape analysis and stakeholder meetings.
• Perform due diligence on portfolio organizations with impact and financial assessments.
• Record, synthesize, and produce reports to inform decision-making.
• Support community engagement with local stakeholders.
