Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring an Analytics Engineer to support Arsenal 1, its high-volume manufacturing site in Ashville, OH. You will work on analytics on production data, build dashboards and data pipelines, and drive the rollout of data products across the site.

The role requires 4+ years in data engineering within manufacturing, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with Foundry/Databricks. On-site work in Ashville with occasional travel to Anduril sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years as Data/Analytics Engineer or similar in manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Foundry, Databricks or equivalent cloud lakehouse.
• Strong SQL on large multi-source datasets; performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and data analytics on Arsenal 1.
• Build production dashboards, pipelines and quality metrics.
• Lead data projects end-to-end and drive adoption with site operators.
• Investigate data quality issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics tools in Foundry/Databricks to reduce manual work.
