Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH is seeking a site analytics engineer to join the Quality Intelligence team at Arsenal-1. You will design and operate production dashboards, pipelines, and quality metrics to support greenfield manufacturing.

You'll collaborate with HQ, port validated work, and deploy data products for site operators, applying SQL, Python, Foundry and Databricks, while ensuring data quality and driving adoption on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4+ years in a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with at least 2 years applied data engineering experience in a manufacturing or hardware product engineering environment.
• Willing to work in and around manufacturing operations, including time on the production floor.
• Production experience with Foundry, Databricks or an equivalent cloud lake house. Strong SQL and data pipeline skills.
• Experience applying AI tools and Python for data transformation and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and data analytics by building dashboards and analytics for shop-floor workflows.
• Pull production data from ERP, MES, QMS and inventory; build pipelines and ontologies in Foundry and Databricks.
• Design, build, and operate production dashboards, pipelines, and quality metrics for Arsenal 1.
• Lead intake and prioritization with operators and engineers; maintain a visible backlog and artifacts for HQ.
• Investigate data quality, perform root-cause analysis, and fix issues at the source.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics tools and end-to-end data projects with cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption by training operators and running office hours; monitor usage and refine dashboards.
