Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 4+ years in a Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer role with at least 1 year in hardware product engineering environment.
• Experience with Foundry, Databricks or similar cloud lakehouse.
• Strong SQL across large, multi-source datasets; performance tuning.
• Applied AI experience in analytics workflows and critical review of AI outputs.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (ITAR).
• Willingness to work on-site in Columbus/Ashville, OH area and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of hardware manufacturing and data analytics, building dashboards and analytics tools.
• Pull production data from ERP, MES, QMS, and inventory; build pipelines in Foundry/Databricks.
• Design, build, and operate dashboards and quality metrics for Arsenal 1.
• Manage site backlog with operators and HQ; prioritize work and communicate needs clearly.
• Lead data-quality investigations; trace issues to root cause and fix sources.
• Develop AI-assisted analytics tools to reduce repetitive work.
• Lead end-to-end data projects with cross-functional teams and drive adoption.
