Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Site Administrator for the Cargill facility in Eddyville, IA. The role supports payroll, AP/AR, inventory, and general office operations at the site, with a pay rate up to $24.98 per hour and hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience working with computers and office software including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in payroll, AP/AR, and accounting reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment.
• Follow Safety First practices and company safety procedures.
• Maintain asset inventory, office machines, and supplies.
• Process payroll, time cards, and payroll edits.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable ledgers and billing records.
• Process non-routine AP/AR tasks and data entry of timesheets.
• Possibly serve as Personnel Coordinator for the site.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.
