Job summary

The Harbor Light in Detroit, MI is seeking a Site Administrator for Substance Use Disorders to provide leadership, direction, and management of the site’s day-to-day operations. You will drive strategic planning, ensure efficient service delivery, and manage budgetary needs while coordinating with funding sources and committees.

Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree or equivalent experience with supervisory background, Michigan credentials, and a strong compliance mindset to uphold HIPAA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent supervisory experience.
• Appropriate State of Michigan substance abuse credentials.
• At least four years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Michigan Chauffeur License and MVR approval.
• TB test, police clearance and MDOC LEIN clearance required.
• Complete Safe From Harm training and keep current as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management to the site and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement a Strategic Plan with operational goals and evaluation.
• Assure delivery of services in a cost-effective/efficient manner.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and maintaining contracts as required.
• Oversee compliance with Harbor Light policies and procedures.
• Respond to site emergencies and ensure client safety and security.
