Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the primary liaison for investigative sites across a study lifecycle, overseeing start-up, activation, recruitment, and quality assurance with a focus on risk mitigation using data analytics.

You will collaborate with CRA, study management, and country/regional teams to optimize site performance, ensure training completion, and maintain patient safety and site readiness throughout the study.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; at least 5 years’ experience.
• Proficiency in local language preferred; English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities and qualification of assigned sites.
• Coordinate with CRA to ensure FSFV readiness and ongoing monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with Site Organizations and Strategic Partners; provide study support on escalated site issues.
• Ensure Parexel standards, regulatory compliance, and training are followed throughout the study lifecycle.
