Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to drive site start-up, activation, and ongoing site management across multi-country studies. You will coordinate with CRA teams, study management, and regulatory colleagues to ensure timely enrollment, activation, and high-quality data collection.

The role emphasizes building strong investigator site relationships, maintaining patient safety, and leveraging data analytics to identify risks and optimize performance. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in site start-up, activation, and collaboration with CRA teams

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities, including site qualification and SIV management
• Maintain site relationships and ensure operational quality and patient safety
• Coordinate with CRA and study management to ensure timely enrollment and site readiness
• Provide country/regional insights for site strategy and feasibility assessments
• Ensure compliance with Parexel standards and regulatory requirements throughout the study lifecycle
