Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to act as the key liaison for investigative sites through the study lifecycle. You will lead site start-up/activation, manage relationships, drive site recruitment and quality assurance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize communications and resolve issues, ensuring patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience (estimate at least 5 years’ experience)
• Proficiency in local language preferred. English is required

• Liaise with investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle
• Oversee site start-up, activation and recruitment
• Ensure site quality and patient safety via data analytics to identify risks
• Coordinate with CRA for site monitoring readiness
• Maintain relationships with site organizations and strategic partners
• Ensure regulatory and SOP compliance across sites
