Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner in the United States to liaison with investigative sites across the study lifecycle, driving startup, activation, recruitment, and quality assurance. You will support site selection, provide local intelligence, and coordinate with CRA teams to ensure site readiness and patient safety.

The role requires GCP knowledge, English proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree or RN, and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English; local language skills preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required by site activity and study needs.
• Experience as a CRA or site management role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site management and activation across the study lifecycle, including startup, activation and QA.
• Establish and maintain relationships with site organizations and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with CRA and Study Management to ensure site monitoring readiness and issue escalation.
• Provide study support and coordinate communications to resolve site-related issues.
