Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to liaison with investigative sites throughout a study lifecycle, handling start-up, activation, recruitment, and QA. You will work with CRA to ensure site readiness, manage issues, and maintain patient safety across multiple countries and studies.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and travel as needed to site locations. A Bachelor’s degree or RN and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; 5+ years’ experience preferred.
• English required; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site start-up and activation activities with CRA collaboration.
• Ensure site readiness and FSFV coordination.
• Maintain site quality, patient safety, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regulatory and study management teams.
