Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner to support investigative sites across US locations. You will act as the face of the client, managing site activation, recruitment support, and ongoing study delivery while safeguarding patient safety and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in oncology site monitoring, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication. Expect up to 75% travel and close collaboration with study management teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a site monitor in oncology trials.
• Experience from start-up through activation and conduct.
• Solid knowledge of country regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer skills and tool adoption.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead intelligence gathering to inform site recommendations and local requirements.
• Drive site start-up and activation, coordinating PTA, ICDs and SIVs.
• Ensure site readiness for FSFV and ongoing study delivery.
• Collaborate with site monitors, country trials managers and vendors.
• Oversee data-related deliverables and monitor site performance.
