Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial site activation and regulatory submissions.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP and local country regulations.
• Familiarity with CTMS, TMF, and eISF systems.
• Experience coordinating with IRBs/ethics committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support site activation activities from startup to close out.
• Coordinate regulatory documents and ethics submissions within required timelines.
• Maintain communications with study team and investigator sites.
• Support TMF updates and trial documentation.
• Assist with audits/inspections and site-related inquiries.
