Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Care Partner who will act as the face of the client at US investigator sites, driving start-up, activation, recruitment and ongoing site support.

You will manage relationships with site staff, coordinate with regulatory and study management teams, and ensure quality and patient safety throughout the study lifecycle.

Role requires travel up to 75% and will involve collaboration across global teams to optimize site performance and study delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or RN required.
• 5+ years in site monitoring, oncology focus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
