Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for site projects including leasing, permitting, and land use processing.
• Oversee site acquisition activities from colocation applications to Notice to Proceed.
• Provide leasing and land use viability recommendations for candidate sites.
• Identify property owners and secure authority to enter into legal agreements.
• Prepare due diligence packages with property research and maps.
• Negotiate leases, licenses and easements with property owners.
• Coordinate site visits with RF Engineering, Construction Management, Land Use, and Engineering.
• Attend field visits and present site status updates to management and clients.
• Prepare executable leasing packages and colocation applications per scope.
