Job summary

ITC Service Group in the Seattle area is hiring a Project Manager to lead the Site Acquisition process and oversee contracts/leases for network deployment. This role is remote for the duration of the project and requires coordinating with internal teams to meet design and business targets.

You will negotiate end-to-end real estate transactions, prepare summaries for senior management, and deliver permits and approvals for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management.
• Ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Strategic thinking to address business, market and technical challenges and convey value.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating financial analyses of deal structures.
• Strong negotiation abilities including legal document review with counsel.
• 5–10 years’ project management experience in Site Acquisition.

ITC Service Group is actively looking to hire a Project Manager to manage the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. This is full time, remote work with our company, for the duration of the project.

The Site Acquisition Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Site Acquisition process and helping manage the contracts/leases of the selected sites. You will negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end including strategy development, business term negotiation, and support full legal negotiation. You will act as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing growth strategies for specific markets.
Implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax, etc.). Understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and develop solutions that meet the design and business targets.
Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding progress, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits.
Provide management for multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously. Deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration. Obtained permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government. secure entitlements and leases, municipal approvals, civil reviews, utility coordination, liaison with landlords, property owners, and developers. Specifically, we are looking for demonstrated experience with land use, contract/lease review, and Abstraction experience.

Qualifications

• A background that includes experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management.
• Experience and ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Be able to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges with the skill to build and convey compelling value strategy plans.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating the financial analysis of potential deal structures.
• Possess strong negotiation abilities to include legal document review and negotiation in conjunction with legal counsel.
• 5-10 years’ experience with Project management in Site Acquisition environment
