Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support large-scale turnkey projects in telecommunications and data centers nationwide. You will oversee zoning, permitting, lease negotiations, and ILA site processes while coordinating with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams.

The role requires 10-12+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume site pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in telecom site acquisition and ILA site acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience using project management tools such as OneVizion, etc.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and utilize knowledge of zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional approval processes across multiple municipalities.
• Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords, carriers, and local authorities.
• Manage leasing, zoning, permitting on wireline ILA sites.
• Maintain familiarity with ILA processes, including documentation and approval steps.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of sites simultaneously while tracking status, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders; interface with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams.
• Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans.
• Maintain compliance and audit requirements tied to site files.

ADB is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support the growing demand for large-scale turnkey project in both the telecommunications and data center industries. The Site Acquisition Manager will serve as a key role in the development of ADB’s internal management capabilities to support the growth of this line of business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and utilize knowledge of zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional approval processes across multiple municipalities
• Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords, carriers, and local authorities
• Manage leasing, zoning, permitting on wireline ILA sites
• Maintain familiarity with ILA processes specifically, including the documentation and approval steps unique to that work
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of sites simultaneously while tracking status, deadlines, and dependencies
• Maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders; this role interfaces regularly with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams
• Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans
• Maintain compliance and audit requirements tied to site files
• Performs other position duties when requested

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• 10-12+ years of specific experience in both traditional telecom site acquisition and ILA site acquisition required
• Compliance experience and EH&S experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using project management tools such as OneVizion, etc.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
