Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is a nationwide turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions, seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support large-scale turnkey projects in telecommunications and data centers. The role develops internal management capabilities and interfaces with landowners, carriers, and authorities.

The ideal candidate has 10–12+ years in telecom site acquisition and ILA processes, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional approval processes across multiple municipalities.
• Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords, carriers, and local authorities.
• Manage leasing, zoning, permitting on wireline ILA sites.
• Maintain familiarity with ILA processes including documentation and approval steps.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of sites with status tracking and deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams.
• Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans.
• Maintain compliance and audit requirements tied to site files.

POSITION TITLE: Site Acquisition Manager

ADB is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to support the growing demand for large-scale turnkey project in both the telecommunications and data center industries. The Site Acquisition Manager will serve as a key role in the development of ADB’s internal management capabilities to support the growth of this line of business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and utilize knowledge of zoning, permitting, and jurisdictional approval processes across multiple municipalities
• Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords, carriers, and local authorities
• Manage leasing, zoning, permitting on wireline ILA sites
• Maintain familiarity with ILA processes specifically, including the documentation and approval steps unique to that work
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of sites simultaneously while tracking status, deadlines, and dependencies
• Maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders; this role interfaces regularly with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams
• Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans
• Maintain compliance and audit requirements tied to site files
• Performs other position duties when requested

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 10-12+ years of specific experience in both traditional telecom site acquisition and ILA site acquisition required
• Compliance experience and EH&S experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using project management tools such as OneVizion, etc.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
