Job summary

SEW-Eurodrive, Inc. in Texas is seeking a warehouse associate to receive goods and organize inventory for production according to ISO 9002 procedures. The role requires standing and moving continuously, frequent lifting, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding documentation for the work area.
• Able to operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, cranes, hoists).
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area per procedures.
• Able to rotate to different Assembly Shop tasks as needed.
• Assist with cycle counting, FIFO, and inventory improvements.
• Follow instructions and safety rules at all times.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, hoists) as directed.
• Read and understand supporting documentation for work orders and processes.
• Monitor the work area for cleanliness and organization.
• Rotate to various Assembly Shop tasks as needed to balance workload.
• Assist with inventory tasks: cycle counting, FIFO, and process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervision.

# **About the Role** This position involves the receiving of goods into the warehouse organizing it in such a manner as to optimize the use of inventory for production according to ISO 9002 procedures while maintaining a consistent and business like business manner.
