Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Site Access & Facilities Coordinator to oversee daily visitors, contractors, and workplace operations at our Torrance campus. You will ensure secure access, provide a professional front-desk experience, and coordinate facilities services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role partners with Facilities, Security, IT, EH&S, HR, and Production to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace for next-generation aerospace and automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, workplace operations, reception, or security administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor and visitor access across the Divergent facility.
• Verify visitor registrations and ensure required security/safety procedures.
• Coordinate contractor access and ensure documentation, training, and approvals are completed prior to site entry.
