Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas in Matteson, IL is seeking a Forklift Operator to keep our warehouse moving with safety and precision. You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, pick, and store goods, contributing to accurate orders and on-time delivery.

We offer a competitive pay range of $20.28 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., full health benefits, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Bonus: Battery/Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labels/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in correct bays and keep warehouse moving.
• Tackle other duties within training and scope.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. • Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
