Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas in Matteson, IL is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, load/unload, pick, and store goods to keep the supply chain moving.

We offer a competitive pay range of $20.28/hr plus $1.50 shift differential, with Friday–Sunday schedules. Training and career growth opportunities accompany a strong team culture and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move orders and keep customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct labeling/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in correct bays and support warehouse flow.
• Take on other duties as needed within training and capability.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. • Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Friday – Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
