CJ Logistics Americas in Matteson, IL is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, load and unload goods, and pick/put away pallets while ensuring accuracy. A strong work ethic and team orientation are essential.

We offer a Friday–Sunday night schedule with pay around $20.28/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, and comprehensive benefits. CJ Logistics emphasizes safety, efficiency, and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Bonus: Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move orders, load, unload, pick, and store products.
• Perform loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of pallets.
• Occasionally perform manual case picking as needed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy.
• Conduct outbound load audits and fix labels/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in correct bays to keep warehouse moving.
• Assist with other duties as trained and directed.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential
• Schedule: Friday – Sunday 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. (Schedule starts Friday night at 7:30 p.m.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate sit‑down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
