Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 4:00pm-12:30am). You will safely operate forklifts, load and unload pallets, pick orders, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform outbound load audits and correct labels/count discrepancies.
• Keep products stocked in the correct bays and assist with replenishment.
• Support additional duties as needed within training and capability.

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. • Pay Range: $19.30 per hour + .50 cents per hour shift differential
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am Mon-Fri

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audit s, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise

• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
