Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely operate forklifts in a busy warehouse and support loading, unloading, picking, and storage. You will prep and ship products with accuracy and contribute to a smooth supply chain.

Eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to the base pay; 2nd shift, 4:00pm-12:30am, Monday to Friday. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and have 6+ months of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Safety Training/Certification.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move orders.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when needed.
• Prepare and ship products accurately.
• Conduct outbound load audits and fix label/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays.
• Tackle other duties as assigned.

• Pay Range: $19.30 per hour + .50 cents per hour shift differential
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: 2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:30am Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays
• Tackle other duties like a pro - all within your training and expertise

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
