Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is hiring for a full-time forklift operator in Lockbourne, OH. Must have prior experience operating sit-down, reach, stand-up forklifts or walkie rider in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role is on the 2nd shift (3:30 pm–11:30 pm) with hours Mon–Fri and pay between $21.50 and $22.00 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision/Life, 401k, and paid vacation/holidays. Training and background checks are part of pre-employment steps.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift experience.
• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 50 pounds).
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, reach truck, stand-up forklift, or walkie rider on a warehouse floor.
• Perform case picking and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the shift.
• Work the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift Hiring Event on 11/03 and 11/05

Location: Apply in person at 1533 Rohr Road, Lockbourne, OH from 9am to 1pm.

Position: Must have previous experience operating Sit-Down, Reach Truck, Stand-Up Forklift, or Walkie Rider.

Hours: Monday- Friday

Shifts: 2nd shift 3:30 to 11:30 pm

$21.50-$22.00 an hour for 2nd shift

Full -Time Positions with Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Paid Vacation and Holidays, Company match 401k.

Full-time positions not Seasonal

Why OWD?

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
• Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse.
• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift
• Work various shifts on short notice
• Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
