ODW Logistics is actively hiring for sit-down forklift operators at our Groveport, OH facility. This in-person role requires prior sit-down forklift experience and offers steady day or evening shifts with competitive pay. Join a top 10 third-party logistics provider and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Earn $20.50/hour on 1st shift or $22.00/hour on 2nd shift, with full-time benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, 401k matching and opportunities for career advancement.

Sit-Down Forklift Hiring Event on 10/27/2026 and 10/28/2026

Location: Apply in person at our newest warehouse in Groveport OH. 5765 Green Pointe Drive Groveport, OH from 9am to 1pm.

Position: Must have previous experience operating sit-down forklifts.

Hours: Monday- Friday 7am to 3pm 1st Shift and 3:30-11:30pm

Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift

Pay: $20.50 for first shift

$22.00 an hour for 2nd shift

Full time positions not Seasonal

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:

Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate

• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion


• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach


• Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse.


• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities


• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work


• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift


• Work various shifts on short notice


• Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
