ODW Logistics is hosting a Sit-Down Forklift Hiring Event at our Groveport, OH facility. Candidates with experience operating sit-down forklifts are invited to apply in person on 10/27/2026 or 10/28/2026, from 9am to 1pm. Full-time, first shift pays $20.50/hour; second shift pays $22.00/hour.

Positions require case-picking and lifting up to 50 pounds, pre-employment drug test and background check. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching; paid vacation and holidays; and other

Sit-Down Forklift Hiring Event on 10/27/2026 and 10/28/2026

Location: Apply in person at our newest warehouse in Groveport OH. 5765 Green Pointe Drive Groveport, OH from 9am to 1pm.

Position: Must have previous experience operating sit-down forklifts.

Hours: Monday- Friday 7am to 3pm 1st Shift and 3:30-11:30pm

Shifts: 1st or 2nd shift

Pay: $20.50 for first shift

$22.00 an hour for 2nd shift

Full time positions not Seasonal

• Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift experience.


• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 50 pounds)


• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:

Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate

• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion


• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach


• Working in a Cold Storage Warehouse.


• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities


• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work


• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently entire shift


• Work various shifts on short notice


• Spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
