Staffmark Group is hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Bentonville, AR. The role offers a Monday through Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $16.75 per hour. You will transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a strong safety mindset. Training in RF scanning and WMS is a plus, and benefits are provided through Staffmark Group.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
