Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Bentonville, AR. The role offers a Monday through Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $16.75 per hour. You will transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and a strong safety mindset. Training in RF scanning and WMS is a plus, and benefits are provided through Staffmark Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• 1 year verifiable forklift experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to identify inventory, shipping documents, and storage locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move goods between storage, production, and shipping areas.
• Load and unload inventory from trailers and containers.
• Conduct pre-op inspections and report damages, keeping a clean work area.
• Secure, wrap, and stack pallets to ensure stability.
