Job summary

Springfield Public Schools PVLC: Launch in Springfield, MO is seeking a Coordinator I for Student Information Systems to train, support, and troubleshoot SIS software. You will ensure timely reports, maintain course catalogs, and manage master schedules for students and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, along with the ability to provide strong customer service and district-level support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a job-related area from an accredited college or university or comparable experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Clearance, the results of which must be satisfactory to the District.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the course catalog in the SIS system as specified by the SPS curriculum staff.
• Maintains the master schedule for enrolling students and assigning staff.
• Ensures accurate attendance reporting of courses and staff.
• Maintains knowledge of state reporting requirements and guidelines.
• Provides exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides assistance to district staff with data entry, SIS support, and communication.
