Job summary

Apple Intelligence is expanding Siri UX to deliver seamless experiences across devices. As an Engineering Program Manager, you will lead feature definition, architecture, and delivery with cross-functional teams in Design, Engineering, and QA.

You will communicate status, manage risks, and ensure on-time releases while shaping end-to-end experiences for customers. This role requires a track record of steering complex software platforms, strong leadership, and the ability to balance technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
6–8 years of program management experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams.
Able to structure new programs and lead multiple work streams independently.
Solid understanding of system architecture and testing, build and release processes for complex software.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a product mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations and negotiation.

Responsibilities

Drive programs from feature definition to timelines, milestones, and risk management.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA and other partners to deliver highly integrated experiences.
Provide clear, timely program status updates and mitigations, including critical issues and plan changes.
Help align engineering, design and other teams to ensure effective decision making for product success.
