Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to lead a team of technical PMs focused on Siri Integration and Delivery platform. You will partner with Siri engineering teams to manage ML models on device, driving end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record of improving team quality and customer outcomes across large organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program or Project Management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• 5+ years in people management experience.
• Experience recruiting, building and managing teams of PMs.
• Hands-on involvement in release tools/processes improving customer experience.
• Knowledge of software release processes for shipping features and bugs, CICD.
• Able to lead large projects while coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical Program Managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on new and existing projects.
• Coordinate development across multiple projects: specs, scope, planning, delivery.
• Own feature planning and prioritization.
• Instill PM best practices across the org.
• Be the voice for customers and ensure high-quality experiences.
