Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs focused on Siri’s runtime platform and the next evolution of Siri interaction across Apple ecosystems. You will partner with engineering teams to drive projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with software and ML engineers and scientists to advance Siri’s capabilities with privacy by design.

Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience in software development or machine learning.
Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and executives.
Experience driving and delivering critical project features that involve integration with multiple teams.
BS in Computer Science or related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional programs and feature areas in Siri across Apple products.
Partner with engineering teams to lead projects through the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with software engineers, ML engineers, and scientists across technical areas spanning Siri's capabilities.
Build strong collaborative relationships within the organization and cross-functionally, managing conflicts and challenges.
Drive execution with attention to detail and communicate status and risks clearly.
