Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to support SIPRNET security across multiple sites from its Concord, MA office. The ISSM will act as SME for IA within the organization, overseeing day-to-day security operations and driving innovative solutions to changing requirements.

Requires DoD Top Secret clearance, extensive RMF/NIST knowledge, and 12+ years in IT with significant cyber security leadership experience. Roles include training, audits, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and 12+ years in IT, with 10+ years in operational cyber security roles or 15+ years total IT experience with 10+ years in cyber security roles.
• At least 12 years IT leadership experience, preferably 10 years in cyber management.
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST, CNSS cyber requirements; knowledge of DoD protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SIPRNet services across sites and advise leadership on security policies.
• Coordinate security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead efforts to maintain cybersecurity of SIPRNet enclave connections across sites.
• Implement RMF continuous monitoring and track security controls and remediation.
• Develop and deliver information security training and onboarding programs.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and ensure proper corrective actions.
