Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required for consideration.
• 12+ years in IT with 10+ years in operational cyber security roles; or 15+ years with 10+ years in cyber security leadership.
• 12 years IT leadership/management experience; cyber management preferred.
• DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification.
• Strong RMF, NIST, CNSS exposure and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SIPRNet services across sites and advise leadership on security policies.
• Coordinate security audits/assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead sites in sustaining SIPRNet enclave cybersecurity and DoD guidance compliance.
• Develop and lead training programs on information assurance and security practices.
• Mentor IA staff and manage RMF continuous monitoring and risk management.
