Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of experience developing and supporting real-time voice, video, VoIP, and telecommunications systems.
• Proficiency in SIP, VoIP, real-time communication protocols, signaling, media delivery.
• Experience with Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, Session Border Controllers, media servers, high-availability SIP routing.
• Experience with .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, Lua, backend services, call-routing automation.
• Experience with WebRTC, STUN/TURN, Asterisk, ANSI C, network troubleshooting, latency optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and enhance scalable voice, video, SIP, and real-time communications infrastructure.
• Design and operate highly available SIP routing, SBC, signaling, and media-server environments.
• Develop low-latency call-routing solutions and integrate voice and video services with applications.
• Diagnose packet loss, latency, signaling, media-quality, and network-performance issues.
• Optimize production VoIP platforms for availability, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Establish technical standards, guide architecture strategy, and mentor engineers on telecom solutions.
