Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Master Planning Manager to lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning for the Ti-Mill segment. You will develop a consensus demand plan and balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity, partnering with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service to optimize inventory, capacity and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of work experience in supply planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle or other ERP software.
• Successful track record of establishing, executing, and improving inventory and planning processes.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process for the Ti-Mill segment by developing a consensus demand plan.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Analyze demand trends, capacity constraints, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and planning processes.
• Lead monthly supply chain reviews and ensure on-time delivery performance.
