Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in supply planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Proven track record of inventory and planning improvements.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIOP process for Ti-Mill segment.
• Develop demand and supply plans aligning with revenue outlook.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Improve forecast accuracy and delivery performance.
• Lead monthly supply chain reviews and KPIs.
• Manage a team of material planners.
• Mitigate supply risks and ensure on-time starts.
