Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of work experience in supply planning, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Advanced proficiently in SAP, Oracle or other ERP software.
• Successful track record of establishing, executing, and improving inventory and planning processes.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the Ti-Mill segment by developing an accurate, consensus-based demand plan.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Drive forecasting accuracy and planning process improvements across sites.
• Lead monthly supply chain reviews and manage a team of material planners.
