Elkay is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management to lead the SIOP process and drive enterprise-wide planning excellence across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and tactical purchasing for the Flow Systems Business Unit.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain with leadership experience and a strong background in SIOP, ERP systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with leadership in planning/inventory.
• Experience leading SIOP/S&OP in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of demand, supply, inventory management, MRP, and purchasing operations.
• Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise SIOP process, aligning forecasts with capabilities and financial goals.
• Oversee demand planning and forecast management; align production with customer demand.
• Develop inventory strategies, targets, and replenishment parameters to balance service and working capital.
• Direct tactical purchasing and supplier management to support production and customer needs.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve constraints and drive customer-focused, data-driven improvements.
• Build and coach a high-performing planning team.
