Job summary

Holley Performance in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a SIOP Forecast Analyst in the Safety & Racing division to own the monthly demand planning and forecasting for five brands. You will turn data into decision-ready insights, build forecasts, and support inventory and production planning.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). The position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in supply chain analytics or forecasting.
• Experience supporting a SIOP/S&OP demand process.
• Advanced Excel and forecasting software experience.
• ERP and BI reporting experience (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Run the division's SIOP process and consolidate inputs into a division demand plan.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and materials for monthly reviews.
• Forecast across five brands and track forecast accuracy; develop dashboards.
